The Wine
The picturesque Tomich winery was established by John Tomich (a surgeon and Master of Wine) and his son Randall - who is now principal winemaker. The family has a rich history in winemaking, viticulture and farming stretching back three generations.
“Lean style of chardonnay with chalk, white peach and lemon curd flavours sizzling through the palate. It lacks perhaps for a little weight but for line and length it’s excellent. You’d bet that time will add flesh; it will hit a higher gear if it does. Give it at least another year in bottle... 90pts” (Halliday).
