A charming red of full-flavour and great finesse. Bright ruby colour with an attractive delicately spiced red fruit perfume. In the glass this is silky, succulent, harmonious and very moreish. Serve it with a slight chill – 20 minutes in the fridge will do. Roast duck anyone? Duck pancakes? Mushroom risotto? Poached salmon? It's versatile and delicious even sipped solo.
