Mature Reds of Spain Doz

Spain is one of few countries to routinely release wines of maturity according to a specific classification system. In this impressive collection you’ll find an excellent duo from Rioja including a Gold-medal, 9-year-old Gran Reserva Rioja Alta, which has been winning awards since 1878 when it belonged to Empress Eugénie of France. Plus there’s the always delicious Barón de Barbón, from Rioja Alavesa’s celebrated Murua family. Family success stories again, with the Muñoz family in La Mancha (one of the first we worked with in Spain) and the Castros, five generations of whom have been making exceptional reds in the heart of Valdepeñas.
