Stewed plums and blackberry boiled lollies. Sage and dried mint. Crushed nigella seed, dark chocolate and choc-chip mint. Vanilla bean and roasted coffee beans. Upright acidity and agile on the palate, while the fruit is less jammy than the nose indicates with red berries shining through. Tobacco leaf and cinnamon.
