Halliday calls their ‘Second Innings’ Malbec “flavourful, joyous drinking” and gives it 92pts. It also has Gold! There’s more Gold to be found in Zonte’s Footstep’s lovely blueberry-rich Violet Beauregard, also from Langhorne Creek – Ray Jordan gives it an impressive 94pts too. Enjoy also “magician” (Halliday) John Quarisa’s lush and velvety Q Malbec (also with Gold!) and last, a beauty from Sevenhill Cellars in Clare. It’s simply divine.
