An experienced and skilled winemaking team has allowed the full potential of those vineyards to be realised....” (Halliday). And none more so than the mighty “Centurion” from a vineyard planted in 1892, behind the famed Old Hut Block. These vines, among Australia’s oldest, are anchored to some of the region’s best soils by their original rootstocks.
