Paet of the Barossa, Eden Valley is defined by its cool climate, ancient soils and later ripening. As a result, the wines are distinctive in their character, displaying wonderful aromatics, elegance, complexity and finesse. Mountadam Vineyards are situated 550 metres above sea level - hence the name. High Eden’s chilly heights lead to harvests up to a month later than those in neighbouring Eden Valley.
