Wine Summary
With seven Golds to its name including two Double Golds, and scores between 90-96, this is a delicious Barossa Shiraz that's won plaudits from show judges and critics – and customers too. " Sweetly ripe and perfumed, the wine shows blackberry, dark plum, thyme, clove and roasted nut aromas, followed by a succulent palate that's supple and fleshy. Wonderfully graceful and richly textured with a prolonged delectable finish" (Sam KIm, Wine Orbit). "A boisterous nose of vanilla, spiced plums and milk chocolate lead into a viscous core of red and black berries. Complexing savoury notes of earth and leather join in too. This is a full-throttle style, vanillin oak adds a layer of flavour and structure. There's freshness, a great feature of this brash full-bodied style of Shiraz which will ensure it ages well" (Gabrielle Poy, The Real Review).

Wine Summary
The late, great Peter Lehmann was a fifth generation Barossa winemaker and a legend in his own lifetime. The son of a Lutheran preacher, he became a champion of small independent grape growers in the region, buying their grapes through the tough days of the 1970s when the big wineries reneged on their contracts. This earned Peter the title ‘Baron of the Barossa’. Those growers never forgot his generosity and always stayed loyal. With a fabulous wine range including the world class Stonewell, no one did more to elevate the Barossa to cult status than Peter. His generous spirit lives on in this hearty, big spice Shiraz. This 2020 vintage adds another Gold to a l-o-n-g list. Rich, chocolatey, with a peppery vanilla edge, it’s supreme with rare beef, roast lamb or veggie casserole with dumplings.

Wine Summary
Fabulously fresh, Double Gold, 91pt Barossa Valley Shiraz from the famous Burge family vineyards. And it's made exclusively for you. The Burge family planted their roots in the Barossa Valley in the 1800s inspiring generations of devoted vignerons. Siblings Trent and Amelia Burge are sixth-generation Barossans. This rising star estate marries the family name with that of the family’s grand 1845 Corryton Park Homestead in Eden Valley. Their father, who mentors the enterprise, is none other than Barossa winemaking legend, Grant Burge. This proud exclusive Shiraz in its debut vintage has stormed home to win a Double Gold. "Rich colour with ruby reflections. Fresh, fruity nose (blackcurrant, wild strawberry, cherry). Structured mouthfeel, with well-established tannins. The fruity freshness quickly fills the mouth. A pleasurable crisp wine. 91pts Double Gold" (International Challenge Gilbert & Gaillard).
