This "slupilicious" (Halliday) Barossa GSM comes from the extremely talented Elena Brooks and 5 Red Star Dandelion Vineyards, a venture that combines heirloom vineyards with the finest traditions of artisan winemaking. Old-vine fruit is basket pressed into old French oak barriques and matured for a further 12 months in the same oak. Bottled without fining or filtration to capture the purest expression of this glorious 'Menagerie'.
