The cool growing conditions of the Adelaide Hills provide fruit of exceptional depth with great natural acidity. This in turn provides elegant, beautifully balanced wines with great structure. There’s no mistaking the quality. It’s obviously a sensational match to a fine piece of barbecued tuna. Aromatic citrus, gooseberry, and herbal aromas with a mouthwateringly crisp, pure palate. There’s a little bit of texture there as well.
