Wine Summary
A deliciously smooth and silky GSM fron the great Richard Hamilton estate. Fruit comes from the Hamilton family’s Farm Block, while the individual varieties, Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre were fermented separately and aged in seasoned oak to retain fruit dominance. Full red with youthful crimson hues. Subtle use of oak allows the fruit to shine through to reveal attractive hints of boiled fruit cake with cinnamon and cloves this wine will accompany the best pasta, paella, or rich gamey meals – or just enjoy it on its own.
