The Wine
A gorgeously crisp, aromatic white from Tscharke, who are leading the way with organic wines that reflect both terroir and the personality of the fruit. And what fruit! Their mouthwatering ‘Girl Talk’ is a vibrant white made up of three delicious white varieties not commonly seen in Australia: Savagnin, Grenache Blanc and Albariño from vineyards in the Barossa sub-region of Marananga. It has lovely citrus, nectarine, passionfruit and field flowers on a lipsmacking, minerally palate. Tscharke says it’s ‘energetic and energising’ and we agree!
