The Wine
A founding member of Australia’s First Families of Wine, Tahbilk was awarded James Halliday’s Winery of the Year 2016. It is “a winery steeped in tradition (with National Trust classification), which should be visited at least once by every wine-conscious Australian”. This superb blend not only has 92pts, but a couple of Golds including a Sydney International Blue Gold recognising particularly food-friendly wines.
