The Wine
Established in 1860, Tahbilk is a historic winery which “should be visited at least once by every wine- conscious Australian” (James Halliday). A founding member of Australia’s First Families of Wine, it was also the proud recipient of the Halliday Wine Companion’s Winery of the Year award in 2016. They're renowned for their Rhône white varietals, like their must-try Marsanne and, this, their vivacious estate Viognier.
