A magnificent Shiraz from Clare’s famous, historic Sevenhill estate, made with fruit from the Brother Lenz and Brother Dan blocks. Fermented in open-top slate fermenting vats then basket-pressed, and matured in new and old French and American oak, it’s incredibly rich and concentrated.
