The Wine
Plantagenet was first in the Great Southern region and famously helped many of the new wineries get established in the region. Since then, this 5 Red Star estate has become renowned for its “consistently high quality wines ...” (Halliday). This one is superb. It's crisp and zingy with lovely citrus characters spiked by light herb and lemongrass notes on a lipsmacking, long finish.
