Peter Drayton Wildstreak Hunter Valley Chardonnay 2021

Peter Drayton is a 5th generation descendant of the renowned Drayton Family Wines in NSW’s famous Hunter Valley region. His Ironbark vineyard is set at the foot of the famous Brokenback range and is home to plantings of Hunter classics like Shiraz, Chardonnay and Semillon along with more unusual varieties that Peter feels are well-suited to the Hunter climate. His ‘Wildstreak’ range celebrates his independent, maverick spirit. His Hunter Chardonnay is crisp and elegant, with a lovely long finish. It's a winner with delicate seafood dishes.
