From the famous Drayton winemaking family, fifth generation winemaker Peter Drayton forged his own path, creating fantastic Hunter Valley wines with his own unique touch. His elegant Ironbark Hill Shiraz captures the region's iconic white pepper character and backs it up with a plethora of red and black fruits; plum, raspberry, blackcurrant are just the beginning. This mid-weight, easy-drinking Hunter Shiraz would go down perfectly with a sharp and crumbly cheddar, prosciutto too.
