Knappstein Clare Valley Riesling 2021

Knappstein is a famous name in the Clare Valley, and the estate has some wonderful mature vineyards to draw upon for its impressive wines. The limey, lovely, zesty Rieslings are a particular speciality (as you would expect of this world famous Riesling region!) Made with estate vineyards from vines between 10 and 30 years old, it's a scintillating and zingy treat - a perfect match to fresh oysters. “…lovely brightness in the glass.
