The Wine
Vinified using traditional Kilikanoon methods of open fermentation and basket pressing and sourced from both Estate owned vineyards in Greenock and Vine Vale and private growers vineyards in Ebenezer. Aged in new and older French and American oak hogsheads, you can marvel at its almost opaque colour and notes of liquorice, cocoa and fresh plums with flavours of dark chocolate, aniseed and spicy French oak. Pair with Wagyu steak, red wine jus and crispy potatoes.
