Kilikanoon’s Killermans Run is a remarkable red named after a local legend. Old man Killerman lived in the bushland behind the cellar door, trapping rabbits, growing vegetables and making wines in a galvanised iron lean-to shed. He’d be proud of the red that bears his name. A layered, smooth, spicy blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro, Killermans has enjoyed remarkable acclaim, with previous vintages garnering high Halliday points and Gold medals. We have no doubt that once this vintage debuts on the wine show circuit that it will do the same – one taste will show you it’s a good ‘un!
