The viticultural techniques used to cultivate this Cox Family Wines Shiraz are aimed at producing low-yielding vines which produce fruit with complex characters and excellent concentration. The vines are 15 years old and the Shiraz clone is known as Penfolds SA 1564. Gorgeous characters of juicy plum and dark berries with hints of white pepper throughout. The lengthy and moreish finish make this the quintessential expression of cool-climate Hilltops Shiraz.
