He encourages innovation and experimentation and thrives on the new ideas that flow freely from these aspiring winemakers. This one combines lovely, lemony Semillon with minerally crisp Fiano (an Italian grape that has found a very happy home in the Barossa) to create a full-flavoured, versatile white that will match a delicious array of dishes, from fresh seafood to roast chicken, to spicy Thai or creamy Italian – and more!
