The Wine
This is Bellarmine’s flagship wine. Their Dry Riesling has won numerous awards and consistently high points over the years. Floral and lively with a citrusy zip, it pairs well with oysters or, for those more adventurous, with a top quality t-bone - seared, sliced and tenderly rare. "The bouquet offers floral notes first up, moving quick smart to lime and lemon blossom, and a surge of minerality drawing saliva from the mouth while extending the length of what is a very good riesling... 94pts" (Halliday).
