The Wine
Alkoomi has grown from a single hectare to one of WA’s largest family-owned wineries. It was set up in 1971 by Merv and Judy Lange, and under daughter Sandy Hallett, it continues to produce high quality wines showcasing the Frankland River region, like this Top Trophy Shiraz Viognier.
“Excellent mix of fruitiness and savouriness. Licorice, black cherry and olive notes croon their way through the palate in delicious style.
