Consistently awarded 5 Stars for just over 10 years, Tim Knappstein and his family have been part of the winemaking fabric of South Australia since 1895. The fruit for the Stiletto was sourced from a single vineyard near Lenswood owned by Tyson and Rebecca Obst.
