This limited production, premium red is sourced from only the best blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon in the Margaret River. Wilyabrup is considered by many as the pinnacle sub-region within the Margaret River and the winemakers have been busy selecting only the best individual panels and rows from a low-yielding site in this very special place. Medium to full-bodied with a well-defined tannin structure. Plush fruits of cassis and dark berries, combined with a slight savoury layer of dried herbs. Well-balanced acidity and careful oak integration create a seamless wine with a lingering finish. Pair it with braised beef short ribs with creamy mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables.
