Wine Summary
Since its launch, Casa Silva has become widely regarded as one of Chile’s best and named 'Winery of the Year' four times. It was founded by fourth-generation Mario Silva, from one of Chile's oldest winemaking dynasties. They started in Angostura, but their latest venture is in Paredones, Colchagua. Just 6km from the coast, it is described by Decanter as "a source of terrific whites and reds". Casa Silva has been one of its ardent pioneers, championing the region's ability to produce seriously fine, cool-climate wines. Cool Coast Pinot Noir is an outstanding example of what they can do: brimful of ripe raspberry, with an elegant freshness. If this were from New Zealand you’d be paying twice as much. Perfect on its own or with white meats.

Wine Summary
We first met Dino when he began restoring his grandfather's earthquake-struck vineyard, high in the Sicilian hills. You loved the wine it made - Tenuta Fenice. Not one to rest on his laurels, he's started another ambitious new project called w/o - wine made without compromise. He chose native Frappato as his champion, all grown organically thanks to Sicily's warm, dry climate and Dino's diligence. It's bottled in 100% recycled glass too, known as 'wild' glass. You may notice a little variation in colour, perhaps a few tiny bubbles. All part of the charm, as is the delicious red berry and cherry fruit that greets you on the aroma and continues through on the bright, juicy palate. Try chilled solo, or with pizza or pesto pasta.

Wine Summary
A silky new release from RedHeads, a leading eco-friendly boutique winery based in the Barossa. Gamay is the main grape in the wines of Beaujolais, south of Burgundy, known for juicy red fruit flavours. The cooler climate of the Adelaide Hills is producing some super-drinkable local versions. You’ll find classic red cherry and forest fruit aromas and flavours here, with a hint of rosemary, aniseed and sage. Lovely soft acid leads to a refreshing finish. Hard to resist a second glass.

Wine Summary
We've worked closely with the Masi family in Tuscany's superb Rufina district for 30 years now, first with Renzo and now with his son, Paolo. They are like family. In fact, you may well have met Paolo and his wife Anna Rita at our wine shows. They come every year. Paolo took over the family estate in 1990 having passed his wine studies top of the class. And that talent shows in every one of his wines. Their beautiful property lies high on a hill overlooking the Argomenna valley – it's a prime spot for Sangiovese, placed on a par with Chianti Classico since the 18th century. One of his wines even won '3rd Best Wine of Italy' in 2020 and 2021. Enjoy the cherry fruit and silky texture of his great-value Chianti – ideal with chicken or pasta.
