Another successful, mouthwatering Riesling from Delatite, who offer a wild yeast-fermented Riesling in a slightly lighter but still sprighly style from many Aussie dry Rieslings. “With its sweeping views across to the snow-clad Alps, this is uncompromising cool climate viticulture” writes Halliday, and under quality-driven winemaker Andy Browning, wine quality has never been better.
