Wine Summary
Bush nurses are a tough breed – they are midwives, theatre nurses and with the nearest doctor being over two hours away, the town of Tumbarumba relied heavily on its matron. Their dedication to the people of this isolated community is the inspiration for this wine. Finely textured, elegant and stylish with attractive citrus flavours. This parcel comes from a single vineyard site at approximately 530m above sea level in the cool-climate region of Tumbarumba. The subtle French oak balances the fine line of natural acidity that flows through the palate.
