The Wine
Lifted aromas of blueberry, violets, spice, sarsparilla, cloves and pepper. The palate is all mid-weighted, fleshy, textured, layered and long. Lashings of blue fruits, sour cherry, anise, cola, brambles and all with a sappy, complexing edge. The acidity and the tannins work beautifully with the lively and plush fruit and provide cut, structure and grip.
