The Wine
The Peos family have been growing fruit for many generations, while the wines are made at Forest Hill – what a striking combo! Their ‘Four Kings’ is all class, focused with impact, citrus blossom and just enough oak. "An exercise in precision, flavour and streamlined length. Stone fruit allusions a go go teem along a laser of maritime acidity, mineral pungency and beautifully proportioned oak, unravelling in the glass and long down the throat. A core of nougatine and toasted cashew plies some generosity, yet it is the rapier like intensity that spellbinds...95pts" (Halliday).
