The Angaston Road Growers range is all about honouring the often unsung heroes of the wine world, the growers. It is their intimate knowledge of the local terroir, the changes of season, and the varietals they tend to that ensure the special parcels of fruit that make it to the winery are in tip-top form to make quality wines like this vibrantly pink Rosé. And when it came to finding the best selection of Shiraz grapes for this new Rosé, the Angaston Road winemakers knew instantly to reach out to Darren Heidenreich of Possum Creek Vineyards in Angaston, Barossa Valley. The single vineyard fruit is crushed and soaked on skins for two hours to extract a lovely pink colour. It's lightly pressed, cold settled and fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain fresh aromas and flavours throughout. Enjoy a fruity nose of strawberry and orange, while flavours of mixed berries, lightly spiced red cherry and zingy citrus burst in your mouth. Grown, crafted and bottled in the Barossa using local glass, capsules and 100% recycled paper labels. Vegan friendly.

This is quite simply the best-value pink in our range. It’s a classic from Navarra, a region famed for its juicy summer-berry rosados and first choice for Spanish wine lovers. The winery lies up in the hills, so the climate is a little cooler with a serious drop in temperature at night. This increases the time it takes for grapes to ripen - the result is even greater aroma and intense flavours in your glass. Plus, that refreshing zip you want from a pink. It’s made from premium Garnacha grapes, the most important variety for rosado in this region. In charge is Gonzalo Zelayeta, who ensures picking at just the right moment for ripeness and crispness. With bright berry fruit and lemony zip, this pink is perfect solo, with tapas or seafood.

Since the launch of the first Yarrunga Field, Sam Trimboli has been delighting customers with his fabulous wines and winning awards. They don't call him 'Mr Medals' for nothing! Only in the last four years has he set up his own family winery and, in our opinion, is producing even better wines. He has made us the dark, spicy Black Duck from Durif, and the White Chardie Pinot Grigio Duck, but this is his first, and very delicious, Rosé. Sam is from Italian heritage – his grandfather grew vines in Italy 90 years ago and his parents emigrated to Oz in 1967 – so perhaps it's of no surprise that he has used nearly all Montepulciano here. A splash of Vermentino adds extra lemony zip. A pretty hue, lovely ripe fruit and zesty freshness. Taste his delicious Gold-winning pink in a BIG 1.5L MAGNUM.

Crafted from the plump and juicy Merlot grapes of Victoria's Upper Goulburn region, the 93pt Belitso Rosé reflects winemaker Adrian Santolini's skill in crafting pretty cool-climate wines. The grapes were lightly pressed to avoid extracting too much colour from the skins, leading to a delightfully salmon pink Rosé. The juice was fermented in stainless steel, before the wine was filtered and bottled to capture the fresh fruit flavours. Bright red berry aromas and sweet florals emerge after pouring. On the palate, savoury spice, watermelon and a tangy raspberry acidity complete this crisp, textural wine. Enjoy it over lunch with a creamy avocado and crab salad. "This is fabulously styled and fragrant on the nose with watermelon, sweet cherry, apricot and floral aromas. The succulent palate delivers gentle weight and fine flow, leading to an elegantly flavoursome, refreshing finish... 93pts" (Sam Kim, Wine Orbit).

True to Sam Trimboli’s Italian heritage, this Pink Duck Rosé is made from nearly all Montepulciano with a splash of Vermentino to add extra lemony zip. A pretty hue, lovely ripe fruit and zesty freshness. 2021 saw the brand new release of Sam’s first ever Rosé – and it was a smash hit! Customers went nuts, ordering case after case after case. And it wasn’t just customers who loved this new pink, the wine show judges did too. The Pink Duck Rosé waddled away with Gold and a massive 95pt at the Royal Queensland Wine Show. The 2023 is the third vintage of the Pink Duck – highly anticipated by many to be another showstopping blush. No need to fly north for this one, it’s glorious drinking in any season.
