Jean-Marc Sauboua, along with Marlborough Sauvignon expert James Macdonald crafted this wine to retain youthful freshness and balance the broad apricot richness characteristic of Sauvignon Gris. A tiny portion was fermented in oak to add subtle creamy complexity. This is a refreshing summer wine to be enjoyed solo or with smoked fish dishes.
