Trophy winning Sauvignon winemaker at Le Chai, Jean-Marc Sauboua, is delighted with his Réserve Blanc. 2015 was a top vintage for Bordeaux whites. For this one he combined half Sauvignon with half old vine Semillon, fermenting the former in stainless steel to preserve the vivacious, grassy fruit, and the latter all in oak for a wonderful creamy richness. The result? FOUR Gold - and counting!
