Wine Summary
Brilliant light straw colour with lifted aromas of lemon zest, white peach with hints of raw nut and toasty oak. It has a full and fleshy mouthfeel, and bursts with citrus and stonefruit with underlying roasted almond and toasty oak. Oak maturation you ask? 6 months in 20% new French oak barrels. So the focus here is all about the fruit shining through, rather than the oak. With that nutty kick, this would be the perfect partner to the classic French dish, sole meunière.
