The philosophy behind the Logan style of winemaking is to combine the rich primary fruit characters that Australian wine has become famous for, with an old world structure and elegance to produce wines with both power and finesse. A style that makes the wines food friendly and allows them to age gracefully. The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc are grown high up in the cold of Orange (at 950 metres above sea level). This sunny, cold climate is the perfect place to grow Sauvignon Blanc as the low temperatures ripen the grapes gently allowing them to retain varietal vibrancy and minerality while the sunshine drives the production of rich tropical fruit characters. It's delicious – you'll love it!
