Wine Summary
Enchanted Garden is a thriving 7 acres Eden Valley Vine Garden. Whole bunches were hand-picked in the first week of March then de-stemmed without crushing the fruit to fill our press exactly. Fresh on the nose with crisp red apples, sweet, floral and aromatic musk, with top notes of citrus, blossom, orange and lime. Mineral salts, sea asparagus, slate and Alpine river water run along a robust acid line like train tracks.
