Bruce draws on decades of winemaking experience – including four years at Francis Ford Coppola’s California estate – to make his wines. James Halliday awarded them the Best Value Winery in Australia in 2020. This means the wines are of both great quality and great value. He gives theirtextured “Loire Valley/Bordeaux” style Sauvignon Blanc an impressive 94pts. It's a great food wine - excellent with seafood, but also creamy chicken dishes.
