Wine Summary
Sarah Gough has many strings to her wine bow. Amongst other things, she studied wine production and marketng at Roseworthy, worked with chefs and restaurants matching food and wine, was a wine writer for The Age, worked with Len Evans in France, was awarded a Churchill Fellowship, headed up the PR department of Brown Brothers and spent 10 years on the board of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. These days, she's a winegrower and winemaker, producing delectable treats from her Box Grove Vineyard in Central Victoria's Nagambie Lakes subregion. As you can imagine, her wines are simply stunning. Sip on her vibrant, elegant, tongue-tingling Prosecco either on its own, or with a platter of antipasto as you watch the sun go down. It's a true taste sensation.
