The Bryksy Vineyard in Watervale has been producing some phenomenal fruit the last few years and the Riesling is just gorgeous. Fresh citrus notes followed by an elegant intense palate of lime juice & green apple, framed with lovely soft acidity. <br><br> <i>"Perfumed and inviting from the outset but there's keen intensity of flavour here too; helped along no doubt by a whisper of fruit (if not actual) sweetness. It bounces along with lime and apple blossom-like flavour/aroma and comes across at all times as thoroughly delicious... 94pts"</i>(Halliday).
