Wine Summary
Allinda is a tiny Yarra Valley estate, and you won't find their wines in too many places because quantities are so small. But when you do find them, make sure you stock up - these drops are singularly delicious. This Cabernet features a tried and true Bordeaux blend of four grape varieties which have spent two years in French and Russian oak. The palate is medium bodied with blackcurrant, cigar box, tea leaf and mint for added complexity, with dark cherry on the nose. Ideal to cellar for 10-15 years.
