The Peos Four Jacks range of wines is named after the next generation of the Peos clan, who are growing up quickly, ready to take over the responsibility of running the family business from their fathers. The young Peos family will continue to follow the family winemaking traditions, however, will look to position this range as a more modern and contemporary offering that appeals to their generation of wine drinkers and beyond. This is a dark red with plenty of cellaring potential. Lifted aromas of cherry liquor and chocolate box. It's medium-bodied and approachable with flavours of cloves, creamy coconut, dark chocolate and tobacco. Cabernet how it should be.
