The winery lies up in the hills, so the climate is a little cooler with a huge drop in temperature at night. This increases the time it takes for grapes to ripen, which allows them to develop greater aromas and more intense flavours. </p> <p> It's made from pure, premium Garnacha grapes – the most important variety for rosado in this region - which are carefully nurtured by local Navarran winemaker Jokin Pascal Lizarraga to preserve their unique freshness. The finished rosé is fragrant with ripe berry fruit and lemony zip – perfect with tapas, or hot lamb curry. </p>
