Our Riesling is from the high reaches of Eden Valley, delicate and floral it is a great example of why this variety suits the region Pale straw with green hues. Fresh zesty lime and grapefruit aroams and refreshing, lovely soft minerality on the palate. A versatile dry Riesling and perfect food match with spicy dishes. Very fresh and delicate now, but will develop with time.
