Brothers Richard and Malcolm Leask wanted to focus on small single vineyard parcels, which change each year (hence, the Hither & Yon name) depending on the vintage and site. Richard manages all the vineyards and makes the wines, Malcolm handles production, sales and the historic cellar door.
