Taylors are a founding member of Australia’s First Family of Wines and are “managing to do for the Clare Valley what Peter Lehmann did for the Barossa” with “a rich haul of Trophies and Golds at all price points” (Halliday). They've also been voted one of the Top 5 Wineries in the World (for the fourth successive year). The award comes from the World Association of Writers and Journalists of Wines and Spirits (WAWWJ) who combine the results of the top 75 International Wine contests across five continents. This outstanding Shiraz has SIX Golds and plenty of high points from top critics too. The Heritage Shiraz is soft and generous, with aromas of plum, blackcurrant and dark cherry fruits. The ripe black fruit flavours fill the palate, backed by supporting Mocha coffee notes, black pepper and spice. Fire up the barbecued beef Scotch fillets

Stunning Clare Valley Cabernet from Taylors, one of the Top 5 Wineries in the World!

Taylors are a founding member of Australia’s First Family of Wines, and are, “managing to do for the Clare Valley what Peter Lehmann did for the Barossa” ... with “a rich haul of Trophies and Golds at all price points” (Halliday). They've also been voted one of the Top 5 Wineries in the World (4 times). This is a majestic, gloriously aromatic Cabernet, with juicy black fruit and a lovely herbal note. Classic blackcurrant and cassis flavours are framed by fine, elegant tannins. Cedar cigar box notes and spice linger in the background on the way to a long finish. Clare Cabernet is something very special, and Taylors are masters of the style – as you will taste!

Cape Barren Wines was established in 1999 by Peter Matthew. Since 2010, the business has been in the talented hands of winemaker Rob Dundon who has been making fine wine for over 40 years. His Tempranillo is a richly appointed, beautifully complex drop which will impress with its many layers of flavour. It's brilliant with roast lamb.
